Hi all,
First post. Bought the car about a year ago, and so far haven't really had the chance or need to get stuck into it. That's changed - the center prop shaft bearing carrier failed. Searched the forum for input, and found that I can pull the shaft and drive as FWD - perfect. Then get the bearing/carrier replaced at Colorado Driveshaft or source the carrier only (if I can).
As far as the thread title goes, our car does not pull when shifted into drive or reverse, it needs a shot of gas. Kind of awkward coming out of the garage. Every other car I've had (automatic, of course) requires brake to keep it from moving. This is the first car I've had that has the electronically actuated gas pedal. Is this normal for this car.
Thanks
