Can I install component speakers in my '99 V70 front doors and dash using the existing stock wiring? I have searched and gotten lost in some of the detail about ohms and watts.
I'm wondering if I can separate the components and install the speaker in the door and the tweeter in the dash using the stock wiring harness. Will this work or will it upset the crossover effect? I suppose I could try it and see, but I don't want to screw up my recently installed amp. If this won't work, I'll just put in 3-ways. Thanks.
