2000 V70 XC T AWD P0650 Code??

After rebuilding the head and putting it all back together I thought I would plug in my obd2 scanner and see if there were any fault codes.

I'm not sure what this on is. Does this mean the check engine lamp in the cluster is burnt out.

I do not have an owners manual, so I'm not sure where in the instrument cluster this bulb is located

That says your MIL is faulty. Probably a burnt out bulb.

Search around for how to replace bulbs, not easy, dash pad needs to be removed, I'd consider just periodically checking for other codes with the scanner and replace the bulb in the spring.
