V70 Headlight wiper motor continually runs!

I just purchased a 2000 V70 SE and noticed the passenger headlight wiper doesn't work. After checking under the hood, I discovered it had been unplugged. When I plugged it back in, all it does is continue to run--it won't shut off (obviously, why it had been unplugged). Any ideas as to what is going on with it, and what needs to be done? Maybe a new motor? Thanks.

You will need a new motor .. it's defective. If it was my car, I just leave it disconnected.
