Engine mounts - '98 S70 T5

Anyone have a good link for repair tips for replacing the hydraulic mounts and the upper torque mount WITH A VOLVO O.E. REPLACEMENT MOUNT? Yeah, I said an O.E. mount, boys and girls. I've heard enough bad press on the polyurethane replacement, and if you look at the design of the rubber original, it stands to reason that substitution of this webbed mount with any manner of solid replacement is going to result in increased noise transmission through the metal bracket. Repetitive or frequent failure of the O.E. torque mount is a usually a result of treating the symptom while overlooking the disease; failure of the upper torque mount usually follows failure of one or both hydraulic mounts. Most folks will just replace the upper torque mount without considering the lowers, and it may take two or three trips to the shop before they figure it out - "Hey! Something must be causing this to happen!"
Anyway - I'm looking for as simple a solution as possible, and maybe one that will allow me to avoid hunting down a press.

What symptoms are you experiencing?
I'm hearing a clunk every time the car starts moving in alternate directions (forwards/backwards). I had my wife drive the car forwards/backwards with the hood open and the engine tilted quite a bit stretching the upper mount to each limit. A new upper engine mount did not alleviate the problem, I still have this clunk on my '99 V70 (I think it has the same engine as your S70).
Could it be the lower mounts? The dealer said they looked fine.

Is anyone out there experiencing problems with the response time after depressing the accelerator on the V70's?? I am experiencing a 5 to 10 second delay after pressing the accelerator. The rpms respond immediately then after the delay the engine kicks in and accelerates abrubptly! Makes for an unsafe entrance onto expressways. The AC is also loud and causes a vibration in the acclerator pedal which also compromisis acceleration. ANY response will be greatly appreciated!
