1998 V70 AWD nivomat to shocks anyone done?

Has any one done a nivomat to normal shock in the rear and is it worth it? My car sits on the wheels when it is cold out, it does level back out with (depending on how cold it is) a few miles of driving. On the real cold minus weather it has taken around 50 miles to get it to normal riding height. Any insight would be appreciated.

I changed one back. The PO on my old wrecked XC changed them out with standard shocks but he didn't change the springs and it sagged terribly. I picked up a pair of Nivomats at the Pick N Pull for $8.00 or $9.00 each and replaced the standards with them which made everything right.

You can change them but you must also change the springs.

You also have to change the shock mounts, the nivos have a special mount.

shock
mount
coil spring
bump stop and locating pin
rubber bushing upper (covers the top end of the coil spring)
spring anchor piece (holds the bottom of the spring in place, get from any junkyard)
