1998 s70 ac high pressure port

where is this located? Had to remove evaporator now need to pull a vacumn and recharge. I can find low service port but not high service port.

There isn't one. You can pull a vacuum just fine through the low side port.

The only thing that could be used to monitor the high side pressure is the port where the high pressure switch screws in but it doesn't have a service port flange and the system won't really work without the high pressure switch being in place.
