1999 c70 bottom of door not flush

Both of the doors do not sit flush at the bottom of the door. the top is flush but bottom bows out about 1/4 of an inch.

Any one with this problem and a solution

There are two draining holes at the bottom of the door.One at each side.They could be clogged.

there are adjusting screws with lock bolts on each door under door panel and a paper or plastic cover. they might need adjusting or the hinges could have sagged. Not sure if the adjustment is for the door or the glass to move in or out as needed. I have the passenger side glass that is out to much at the top.

For mis-alignment at rear edge only: Remove the door panel. AT the top back of inside door are the bolts for the window cassette/door reinforcement. Loosen those 1/2 turn and then push inward on the bottom of the door with it open and hold while tightening those bolts. Sounds funky but it is the procedure for aligning the door at back edge to body.
If the door is the same amount out of alignment all along bottom: the adjustment is to loosen door hinges ad twist bottom of door inward.
