Suspension?

Does an 04 V70 and an 09 S60 have the same suspension? May have found a new spring suspension lowering kit and not sure if i am understanding correctly or not that it would work for me springs, struts, and shocks. It appears to me the way its listed that it would work. Please excuse my ignorance for i am completely new to the Volvo world.

At least rear springs are stiffer on V70. I mistakenly put S60 springs into wife's V70 and the rear end sagged a good inch or so. Had to replace them with correct ones. Front is probably all the same.
