The passenger side of my steering rack is leaking. Not pouring out, but significant. It steers smoothly, and other than the leak, everything seems great
Is there a seal kit made for this steering rack? If there is a kit available, is it possible to fix it without removing the rack from the car?
Thanks!

They can be rebuilt but it is a chore, frankly it is just about as cost effective to buy a rebuilt rack. Just getting the rack in and out of the car is its own special chore.
I have had two Volvos that I bought with leaky racks, one was really bad and it went through about a quart every two days, but I used some stop leak and it actually worked on both of them.
The cars in question were 850s and they used automatic transmission fluid for the power steering. I used the Valvoline Max Life Transmission Stop Leak and within 24 hours no more leaks. That product, however, is not appropriate for your car since it uses power steering fluid rather than ATF. I do believe that similar stop leak products are made for use with power steering fluid but I have, fortunately, not had to use one. One that I think I have seen is a Lucas product.
The stop leak stuff is relatively cheap and it can't really hurt anything to try it.

I used ATP's AT-205 Reseal to stop a pass. side rack leak in my '98. Verify it's compatible with your hydra. fluid first.
