Headlights come on and then go off

2008 Volvo c70. Checked all bulbs and ignitors(swapped everything around) so have come to the conclusion that it has to do with the driver side headlight Assembly. Wiring does not look bad but I've heard this is a problem. Question I have is I hear about having ballast go bad but I don't find one anywhere for this car(no not under headlight assembly) so does anybody know If it has one and if so where is it located? Thank you so much.

Your 2008 C70 is a fish out of water in this forum section
for our older Volvos - Far too modern for us simple P80 folk!
