2002 Volvo V70 steering vibrations

Hi, yesterday i have car in service with whole front suspension. Evertything is lemforder but springs and shock absorbers are kyb. Now the steering wheel vibrates much more than before. It happend at any speed and only on bad road. Is here some kind of bushing to steering rack or will be some problem with steering colum?

What exactly was replaced ? Is tire pressure higher now ? The steering column is not involved
What is the lower speed at which start the vibrations ? On smooth road there is no vibrations ?
