Happy Holidays Everyone!!

I'm confused.... Where does the vacuum line connect from the intake tube? I have looked everywhere but to no clear answer ...
I think I may have found where the hose connects, but it looks solid to me.
Any ideas?

it's for the FPR down on/near the steering rack, passenger side. metal nipple down there.
