Delphi MAF probe AF10311 review
Last fall I was troubleshooting a stalling problem. I managed to rummage up a used scan tool for a pretty good price in the hope that reading some live data would provide some clues. I read data from the cheaper stuff first (which all looked good) before I turned to the MAF. The MAF reading would sp...

It IS possible to change out the sway bar without dropping the subframe
...if you move some other stuff out of the way too. I was doing a bit of a suspension overhaul this week and one of the items I was changing out was the stock sway bar for the ipd style. I was prepared to drop the subframe but since I was changing out some other stuff I thought I'd try something. Wi...

Hidden rust - rear seat mounts under arch liners
There is a hidden rust spot on these P80s that I've only just recently been made aware of, thanks to this post on a UK forum - link . It seems this affects a significant number of P80s, but is largerly un-noticed due to its location. Eventually it will result in an MOT failure in the UK as the rust ...

The STCC 850 still holds the record of most consecutive STCC victories with dr...

Re: 96 ABS Wiring Master Connector
Yes, and it is a major pain in the rear to get the wires released. There is risk of damaging the terminals while trying to depress the tabs on the terminal that stop them from backing out. Sourcing a connector that is not brittle and won't break from handling when you are inserting wires is going to...

Re: ABS woes, again
If you can find serial db9 to OBDII cable(Vag-Com kkl) i can send you Vol-Fcr via email.
Other than that...you can remove and clean out front abs sensors because....since they are magnetic...they can be fouled up with metal debris from pads and rotors.

Re: No start - Running out of options
SOLVED.
Solution was found on the site here on a post by Tonyx back in 2013.
Just a bad connection of the green wire at the bottom of the starter solenoid.
Wooooohoooo!
Thanks for the input, all.
