This sounds like you have the wrong shims installed in the rear brake pads. If you remove the rear pads and look at the piston. If the piston is not step, you will need to installed a half shims. If the piston is step you need to install a full shim.

On the C70 the micro switch (3/168) bracket brakes. If the micro switch is not close, the seat will not move. The Volvo dealer has a up-date for the seat.

you can remove glass from the headlights. to replaced the headlight you have remove haft the bumper to replaced it.

on 850 the fuel pump go bad. if you hit the tank with hammer at the sametime try to start it and it start. replaced fuel pump. the fuel pump under the cargo carpet in the back. remove the acess hole. the acess hole
has wire going to it.

wait to change your timing belt. they do not broken before 105k. what car did the lady have? like 94 960 change at 50k 95-98 960 x90 change at 70k
x70 change at 70k s80 change at 105. we have not had one broken before 105k.

YOU CAN TRY TO BUY TO TIRE AND PUT THEY IN THE FRONT. THE THING WITH DIFF SIZE TIRE YOU CAN HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANGLE GEAR.

you can remove the transmission to replace the rear main seal it takes about 8 hours to do...

the pnp switch is for start up in P-N and back-up. it sounds like you need a new transmission. the turbo and non-turbo are different. if you are trying to change the transmission yourself you need special tools to hold the motor up.
