yes agreed. i have done such on all 3 of my 850s but using all newer volvo injectors like 98 S70 reds in my 95 T5R, 01 blues in my modded 94, and s70 yellow NA ones in my 93 850. stock 850 turbo used 315cc injectors. so a 19lb is way 2 small if im not mistaken.

100% of R models were AWD after 98 and the trans will fit but you probly would have to use your old angle gear and what not.

update from my last post. in my 93 850 5 speed 320K miles i have broken the 700 mile per tank barrier. with a 714 and 722 miles on a tank of gas. 98% hwy 135 miles a day 60 mph... 36 mpg

the plates are the same. i just use the whole TB. its eaiser that way. 960 TB on the 93 N/A and 94 turbo.

glad you guys figured it out. shouldnt be to loud if you do that. what do you want for that 850 manual swap?

maybe a fire blanket would work. and if it was winter time it probly wouldnt melt the tarp. but when its 80 to 100 out and the exhaust is coming out of the engine at 400+ degrees theres not a whole lot of time foe it to cool in this heat.

GLT? all 93s were labled GLT. and only came with the 168hp 2.4L

yea they can be zippy with the 5speed and minor mods

i have the inmotion ecu on my 93 n/a 5spd and love it, also have the 960 throttle... not 940!!! modded cam timing 3" aluminum intake and catless exhaust with my stock 94 850 turbo cat back. sounds awsome 35.8 mpg 722 miles on a tank of gas 320k miles $370 car
