Last update. Solved sunroof and map light issue by taking ignition key and manually locking and unlocking the car (don't use remotes) from the drivers door. This reset the system and everything works fine. Success!!!

UPDATE!!!!! Bought a used mirror with matching part # on ebay $50. Sent my mirror and used unit to Xemodex in Canada. They charged $199 plus shipping to transfer info from my bad unit to ebay unit.
