What is wrong with changing it yourself?! Get the oil from Walmart or Amazon (Castrol only!)
Get MAHLE filter from EEuroparts or elsewhere. 30min work and your car do not get overfilled by "mechanics".

By the way, stop recommending 3K oil change please! This is 60's talks.

Get a socket to match your oil cap hex. That you can torque it, if you care.

I am glad I did change my transmission oil! I had 70K and the oil was dark brown. I would like to post a picture of transmission oil integrated plug. The small T40 screw has O-ring (not visible now) and the 17mm hex has a crush seal aluminum gasket. My suggestion- change both of them.

To update- I changed the ignition coil of 3th cylinder and everything is fine now. What I do not understand is why the coil went bad after hard braking? Coincidence? I do not believe it. Your opinion?
