Is it recommended to wean a car off of dino and onto synthetic oil? Yes yes, good point. If one of the locks is sticking, you'd have a problem with it with the remote as well. (And maybe the key? Does the key unlock all of the doors? I haven't tried ever...)

Check and make sure all of your doors are locked. My rear driver's side door doesn't always lock (actuator must be on its way out) and, if it doesn't, and I hit the button again, it just tries locking the doors again.

(Also, I know what you mean about the turning radius... )
