update: Looks like new spark plugs solved the problem. Swapped them out today and baddabing! Problem solved. Ok, removed and cleaned out the idle/air control valve and it seems better, BUT issue still seems to be happening.. BOOOO

No CEL's, although I DID just run seafoam through the gas tank. It runs worlds better (after the rough initial idle works its way out) Does that help narrow it down?

Only for about 30 seconds, then clears itself out and car runs great. When I start it in the morning it sputters and idles real rough, then just stops and runs perfectly normal?!

I am using an Oem filter. The issue originally happened before this oil change. It seems to only be happening when I drive the car over 20 minutes. The car acts totally normal during my small commutes to and from work. Frustrated!
