Here is the video of the thumping sound. You can see the steering wheel is not level when driving straight, it's at the 2 and 8 o'clock position but I don't think that is related. As I go into the right hand turn the sound begins.

Have you tried replacing the Fuel Filter? When was it changed last? Not sure if this would help but if it is do for a replacement you might give it a shot. I replaced mine and provided a how to video on YouTube if you want to give it a try. Its so easy to do.
