How can you know if it was the Lucas or the Sea foam that smoothed out the shifting?

I bought and installed upper and lower expansion tank hoses from FCP Euro for $11.95 each in January.The brand was Mackay,they seemed to be sturdy,it's only been five months but they are good.

My 94 850 had been starting fine until last Tuesday when the AM temperature was around zero.I replaced the 103 fuel pump relay and that resolved the problem.My 98 S70 has the same relay.Look up 103 fuel pump relay in this forum,there is some great info on troubleshooting the relay.Good luck.
