Sounds like you have a mouse in your dash, Might try some mouse traps.......lol

The hose/ pipe you are pointing at in picture #2 is a coolant line. I would guess that the oil is coming from the turbo internal seal. The pipe with the Allen heads coming off the bottom of the turbo is your oil return line and it looks clean.
