recently had "check engine" codes read for 850 turbo wagon. 182k miles. Cylinders misfiring, O2 sensor problems. List of things indicated that a tune up needed. Have had the car for 5 years. No tuneup.

I was checking oil today and noticed that there appears to be some oil along the outside of the tube.

Does this mean I need a new stick or is there some other problem I should be concerned with.

The most difficult part was getting in to loosen the bolt by the seat that anchors the belt. I had not moved the seat up before disconnecting the battery. And the bolt is in an awkward location. THe battery was disconnected for at least 20 minutes before I took out the old. Tried to get the tensioner to release before I bought new one. Had to drive without it for a few days then disconnected it for twenty min before I put in the new one[/u]

I just replaced mine. The part is available @ MySwedishParts.com. Ordered on Monday and had Wednesday.

My only issue is SRS light remains on. I assume it is a code or something.
