Was the haldex AWD unit at rear diff or the angle gear just behind engine that you replaced?
Have you checked the fuse in the REM for AWD unit?
The joint at rear of shaft would cause severe vibration if it failed in a way that it didn't transmit rotation into AWD unit.

i was told it is the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor is mounted on the inside of the Differential Electronic Module (DEM) which is bolted to the side of the AOC which is connected to the front of the rear differential. Removing the DEM will require the draining and replacing of the AOC oil. Part # for pressure sensor is 30651694.

pressure sensor replacement. I have a friend WHO HAS A LIFT WITCH MAKES IT A LOT EASIER.
photo (1) car.JPG
THE PRESSURE SENSOR IS IN A SMALL BOX ON THE FRONT OF THE Differential. REMOVE THE COVER 2 SMALL ALLEN HEAD SCREWS

DO NOT REMOVE THE SENSOR UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO REPLACE IT YOU WILL LOSE LESS FLUID THAT WAY.

IF YOU REMOVE THE PLUGS AND TRY TO REPLACE THEM MAKE SURE THERE IS NO SMALL ROCKS IN THE WAY
