How to remove seats V70T5

What is the best way to remove the front seats in my 98 V70T5 ?

Unplug and unbolt. It has 4 bolts. Not sure if the side impact bags on those are hooked into the SIRS system, if so, you would want to disconnect the battery.
There are 4 bolts under the seat (14mm) and 1 bolt that holds the seatbelt to the side of the seat (12mm). Then you have 2 electrical plugs on the drivers side, maybe the same on the passenger side.
