S60 check valve direction

Post by WTF »

My son took apart everything 2003 s60 turbo, AWD, I can't figure out what way the gray check valves go. This was not easy replacing the pcv system, everything was clogged. It runs now after blowing off huge clouds of smoke which I'm hoping were residual. I know a diagram is under the hood but it doesn't show the arrow directions on either valve.
What is the best method to check the check valves are in correctly?

I replaced all tubing and left them accessible.

Can you put up a picture of your sticker and we can annotate the check valve directions.??

As a general rule arrows point to the intake manifold.
