Water in the Cabin?

Hello Everyone!!

This is my first post so don't laugh at me please...
I own a 2002 V70 XC Cross Country, it's the perfect car except for it leaking water into the cabin on the passenger side, just below the glovebox, I've checked and it seems that a small pipe leaks water but I don't know if it should do it not or if it is supposed to be connected to the anything else.

Please help me.
