Engine won't turn over - 2000 Volvo S70 non-turbo

2000 Volvo S70 - non-turbo 95K miles. Once or twice a week car won't turn over when I try and start. Voltage meter shows strong battery strength. I will try a few times and it won't turn over or stall immediately. I wait a few minutes and try again and eventually it will work. Not sure what the problem could be. I've had trouble identifying a pattern. Any suggestions?

I'm having a similiar issue and while I haven't been able to fix it yet I at least think it has something to do with the starter immoblizer system. If it were fuel or battery it would at least turn over

It's the antenna ring. Had exact problem and changed it out and all is well.
$50 and 30 minutes work.
