- Junkyard PEM is about $10-$15.
- Ebay PEM is about $45-$50.

Swap a used a known good PEM and see what happens...

Pulled FPS out and it is pretty corroded even at the plug and around the plug is cracked. Bosch 8629164, having hard time finding one that I'm not getting taped for on price. Any way to find aftermarket compatible? Bosch doesn't make this one anymore.

Check your PEM part number and see if you can get a spare from a PnP to try

I can loan you my spare for trial if it fits, if you search your part number in the P2 forum you should find the thread on troubleshooting.

Replaced Fuel Pressure Module, car started right up but now check engine light on. Code came up fuel pressure too high at rail. Tested and came up between 85 and 90

That's very high... normal sits near 60. Is the module in good exterior condition without corrosion? Connectors are clean?

Do you still have the original pump?

Is there any way to adjust? I don't see a return line on the rail. Or, with pump and module being newer versions, maybe FPS needs to be replaced too? All connections are clean.

Don't think there is adjustment somewhere, but I remember a similar high pressure issue but my memory fails at what was the actual fix. The FPS is pretty much the last unchecked item on the list. These do fail but no idea if it would rise the pressure..
