01 V70 reverse light problem

Before I bought the car, I forgot to check lights. When I got home I found that both reverse bulbs were out and then at the NAPA, the guy told me my passenger side brake light was also out. I can deal with the brake light I think. What gets me are the reverse lights. I bought 2 new bulbs, installed them, still don't work. The car didn't come with owners manual. Which fuse do I check for the reverse lights? I've read that someone had this problem on another site, but there was no one commenting with a solution though. Please help. Also please post pics to show if they are supposed to have wires hooked up to them. It doesn't look that way, but the brake and turn lights definitely have wires hooked up. Thank you.

If LED bulbs, flip them 180 degrees - they only work one way.

You might want to check the bulb sockets with a volt meter. Need someone else to push on the brake pedal.

Stick shift? On the manual transmission cars, there's a switch installed on the gearbox which is pushed by a rod inside the trans when the reverse gear is engaged. If the switch fails, you don't get reverse lights, parking assist, or automatic rear wiper when reversing.
