Where can I begin looking for the source of the problem of my seats not heating. The switch says they are on.

None of them works ? If the fuse is correct, can well be a problem with the cabin temp sensor, located behind the small grid above the right temp knob. If this fails (usually after a car battery replacement), the CCM will no longer work properly, including the heated seats. Need only to replace the small sensor or swap the CCM - similar year, battery disconnected,
