Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC)?

I have a 2002 s40 1.9T and I am looking to do a 14t turbo, 3" down pipe and exhaust as well as a FMIC.

What size FMIC should I be looking for? This is my first Volvo so I'm not to savvy on much (yet).
