Almost stalled out

When driving my 2001 v70 T5 almost stalled out and had almost lil to no power. Now it has a missfire

The codes that have come up. I’m not worried about the 02 sensor code that’s always been there. What you guys and girls think?

The P1238 code is used for different things on different makes of cars. On Volvos, it's related to the Turbo Control Valve rather than the fuel-pump. I think it's triggered by the manifold air-pressure not matching up with the RPM and air-flow. I had this recently, check all the intake system hoses, especially those coming out of the intake manifold and those connected to the TCV valve (regulates pressure used to open the turbo waste-gate). I found a 3-inch split in a hose under the intake manifold.
