radiator fan always on full speed

I had this problem like 4 months ago aswell, the coolant temperature sensor fixed it back then. It came back like a week ago, I changed the sensor again, but now it didn't fix it. What could be the cause?

fan controller might have failed, they fail in the 'on' condition.

how is the refrigerant level on the air conditioning? It was fixed on my car with a refill.

oh an interesting thing aswell, the problem started after a transmission repair on the car.

If the ecm fails to detect signal from the coolant temp sensor it will turn the fan on.
Check the plug on the sensor.

A/C pressure switch can also cause fun to run if too low.
Make sure the defroster is turned off.

Does anything work on that car.??

hahah this car is such a headache, it was fine before i broke the transmission

I think you need vida to sort it out.
Theres constant 12v at the fan, the small violet wire sends the signal to close the relay on the fan and draw the neg to ground which lets the fan run. The ecm gets signal info from the ect and the A/C.
Either one can run the fans.
Fan relay failure is also designed to run the fans.
Vida will show if the ect sensor is giving temp information.

Update: there was a ''Intake Air Temperature Sensor'' code, deleted it for now and the car seems fine, the original power of the car is back and the fan is fine

I had the same problem after replacing the thermostat/sensor assy. with non-OEM parts. Ended up re-installing the old OEM sensor, which solved the issue.
