Volvo Coolant and UV light (leak detection) 2004 V70

Gang -

Does the standard Volvo coolant show up with UV light or will I have to add dye to it? Since there is no radiator cap, will it take a long time for the dye to circulate throughout the system from the reservoir?

I'm hoping that it is my 22 year old reservoir that is leaking as opposed to something more difficult to get to!

They usually do a pressure test but if you suspect the overflow bottle run the engine to heat it up and pressurize the system,
spray the coolant bottle with soapy water, if its leaking it will bubble.
22 yrs old ?, yeh definately long gone. too many sharp corners on the molding.
