600 KPa can be a relief valve.
I frankly don't remember seeing pressures above 600 KPa. Even if the engine was stopped and the ambient temp is scorching hot, the gas boils and vapor pressure is free to go as high as it can, the pressure was raising to like 580, but not higher. Also when I prime the pump a few times, it never goes higher than that.
Would be pity to replace a good working pump.
Can your Autel read the freeze frames for ECM-2900 and CEM-4A37?

I have multiple freeze frames of the ECM 2900 fault. Every time it shows around 300 kPa fuel pressure..
When I read out live data at the event of the fault it always shows around 400 kPa.
Initially I thought that was the trigger of the fault, but I'm doubting if the pressure in the freeze frame would be the relative pressure and the live data the absolute pressure. But I'm unsure..

Oh and the guy from the movieclip of the second post had 105 psi on a new pump which is over 700 kPa.
That is why I though my fuel pump must be on it's way out..

Okay. ECM and CEM are both not happy with the fuel pump. I would still inspect water intrusion into CEM and spray ECM contacts with electric contacts cleaner. If it's still the factory installed pump, it may have to go.

Thanks for thinking with me! I think it's still the factory pump, but I'm not 100% sure..
I did inspect the ECM contacts and they looked perfectly clean.. No harm in spraying does contacts, so will do that!
What I just thought about the pressure from the new pump in the clip. That was relative pressure from the manometer.
I read my pressure from the Fuel Pressure Sensor which gives an absolute pressure. S difference between my pump and the new one is about 2,2 bar!
