I have the same issue with this hose. Do you know where I can buy the fittings for this hose because mine have broken off and would you know of a part #. Also, I failed inspection because of a CE light and code P0172. Could this hose being disconnected be a cause. Thanks

I think you can buy those hose connections at ipdusa or fcp groton.The links are at a top of the page.
About po172 code...Yes that disconnected hose can be a culprit,because if it isn't connected it can cause a vacuum leak.Po172 code is for vacuum leaks.

Thanks guys, I too had broke the connection on the small black vacuum line attached to breather. Then noticed the other end wasn't connected to anything and could not find where it needed to be. Thanks for the photos, mystery solved. I wanted to mention, I repaired the broke elbow at the breather end by simply sliding it into a small rubber hose and placed the other end of rubber hose onto the nipple on the breather. Worked great. I figure finding a replacement elbow would be a tall order.
