There is no particular urgency on my part as I've waited this long trying to figure out how to get it, some more waiting won't be any problem at all. Just getting some would be a real thrill.

My post code in Victoria, Australia is 3377 which may help you establish the cost of postage.

P.S. Just wondering if it might be advisable to get two or three cans (i.e. for future use) - let me know what you think.

GM top engine cleaner is very similar and you should be able to get that down under.
There are many of these products, all work about the same

I love seafoam and have used it in all my cars for a few years now. For initial treatment I do a full can thru a vac line, and a full can in the gas tank. With a full can thru a vac line you get enough in the oil that you dont need to add it to the crankcase.
I had an '89 VW Golf with 165k miles on it. Ran like poo, and always had a blue oil smoke tint to the exhaust. After using seafoam it idled and ran so much smoother and compression went from 185-215-220-175 psi to 220-225-225-215 psi, and better than that it only puffed out a wisp of blue smoke on startup and no longer constantly

Okay, two questions...
1) for the intake, did you draft through a vaccuum line or rig something up to simply pour it through the throttle body?

2)When you poured it into the crankcase, did you change the oil after a bit or have you just left it in there?

I'm concerned with thinning out the oil with a solvent and the damage to the engine if its under load.

Anyone else?

Just SeaFoamed my S70. I only did the intake.
I noticed that after it sat for 20 minutes and I began to drive I smoked more the more boost I gave it. I live on a hill so went to the bottom of it and drove up several times. My smoke was sill waifing in the air as I drove back up. I guess a total of about 2 miles before my exhaust was clear. I don't notice any big changes yet- maybe a bit more power...hard to tell. I guess it's a wait and see situation at this point.

You should to do the whole enchilada, intake, crankcase and gas tank
1/3 of a can in each

I used about half in my son's car (before we did his spark plugs, wires, tranny fluid and valve cover gasket) today and then the other half through my S70's intake. His car didn't smoke anything like mine. I agree I should do the other stuff too. I'll buy some more and do the gas tank. I'll probably wait until It's close to oil change time (maybe a day or two away) to put any in my crank case.

I have used this stuff for years and I have always just disconnected the vacuum line from the brake booster to feed it into the intake. I've found it's best to stick a straw (the bendable kind) into the can of seafoam and let the vacuum line just "sip" from the straw. That way there is almost zilch chance of hydro locking the engine and it allows the seafoam to be in more of a vapor state when it hits the intake. As far as thinning out the oil, it doesn't say anything on the bottle, but I have always changed my oil and filter a few hundred miles after adding it to the oil.
