n/a cam swap question

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

No problem, let us know how it goes, what you do with the cam timing.

You're correct, I didn't understand that you're transplanting an NA cam into your turbo. I read too quickly and thought you were adjusting your timing and nothing more. Sorry for the chasing-your-tail information I posted.

Good day.

The n/a cams are said to be good for about 10-15hp gain depending on your set up.
We recently swapped them over to my car, and re-adjusted the timing as per the specs on ARD's website.

I am also running a blue tune in my car and am very pleased with its performance.

The N/a cams are a great upgrade for the T5 or Turbo models.
You can pull the cams from any non turbo 850 93-97 and 98 70.
The 93 cams are said to be the best of the n/a cams.
