Hello, Just purchased a '97 850 GLT Wagon. CD attempts to eject, but gets held up just as CD appears from deck. Any advice?

Also, how do I get radio code? Previous owner doesn't know it?!

CD eject: don't know how to approach this problem. Perhaps someone can chime in that knows how this works.
