Drivers cv Axle stuck - 99 s70 m56 Topic is solved

I can't seem to get this cv Axel out, any tips?

You have the steering knuckle removed and the axle free, right?

It sounds awful but you put a thick cold chisel between the axle and transmission case , get it stuck, then a form whack with a hammer to pop it out

Just saw this but I did the exact same thing and it worked! Just hard to get leverage in there
