XC60/XC90 OEM center console cubby CD player question

Has anyone installed the Volvo OEM CD player in their 2018- XC60/XC90 center console? It installs vertically at the rear edge of the center console cubby.

I know it was a factory option for a limited time and is still available for purchase on Volvo parts websites. I’d like to know if the wiring would be present (but unused) in my 2018 XC60. I have heard that unused wiring is present throughout the car for uninstalled options.

die Frage hätte ich auch! Und zwar für meinen Volvo V60. Auch er (Bj. 2019, Erstzulassung 2020) hat kein CD-Laufwerk mehr.

Normalerweise müsste doch der Player 36012529 einbaubar sein. Ist das korrekt? Meinem Vorfragesteller schließe ich mich da an.
