I will be changing the fuel pump on my 1999 S 70 GLT as a maintenance measure. I am also changing the fuel pump gasket, and want to change the submersible fuel pump hose ( the small high pressure hose). Can some one give me the part number for that hose? or the dimensions so i can get a similar hose ...

I faced the same issue,m went with Genuine Volvo, you will probably change it once during the lift of the car, just put the right part in.

Can you check the canister purge valve near the fan shroud. There should be 2 connections to it- one coming from under the car ( from the charcoal canister) and other going to air intake near the MAF sensor. It could be that one of those has come off. Suggest not to put any brand other than Genuine Volvo for ECT sensor ( also called Temperature Sending Unit). Same goes for all cooling hoses and connections.
