How do my Delta Link Bushings look to you?

The rubber looks a little old, but they appear to actually be in one piece.

Unless they are broken, or your in replacing the outer link bushings, I would just leave them.

Heat is your friend. I was told to blast the delta link with heat until the plastic shell starts to melt then it should slide out a lot easier. Unfortunately, that knowledge was dropped on me after the fact.

I just raked a drill across the top and plunged it in the corners a few times. Popped right out with the tool.

For the Delta link bushings, I actually ended up lowering the whole rear suspension to the ground with the brake rotors sitting on wood blocks. Just didn't have 2 wheeled jacks. Shocks disconnected but springs in the seats. I HIGHLY recommend having 2 rolling jacks under the spring seats. If you don't, be prepared to muscle the assembly around.
