How do my Delta Link Bushings look to you?

Funny you should ask... the threaded shaft bent while removing the second bushing (this was before I knew extreme heat was my friend). Since I owned it for a whopping one week and used only on my car they issued me a store credit.

I used a breaker bar, it was a bear of a job without using enough heat to melt the outer plastic shell on the bushing.

I used an impact driver rated to 250lb pounds and it got the job done

They say not to use an impact driver on those tools...

I run a drill bit through the plastic bushing sleeve on the top of the bushing.

It allows the shell to break away from the arm. Also, it leaves no melted mess.

I bought mine from IPD. It was such a challenge getting them out, that I stripped the threads on the tool. I think the picture you are showing is the transverse arm bushings. On my 96 850 the rubber looked good but the metal bracket was broken.
