Re: P0355 and P0442
Hi Neil. Thanks for your reply. I cleared the codes and switched the coil pack, at which point neither of the codes returned. This led me to believe there may have been a random short circuit caused by the motion of the ignition wires. Under the plastic cover the original plastic wire protectors wer...

P0355 and P0442
2001 c70 cabriolet So I was driving normally and then these two codes came on. P0355 refers to the second igniton coil and P0442 refers to the air fuel. How might these be connected, as they came on at the same time? I had a P0304 cylinder 4 misfire which I fixed two months ago, at which time I repl...

2001 C70 - key fob reprogram
Hello all. I am wondering if anyone knows how to reprogram a key fob for a 2001 C70. I know there is a certain sequence of ignition turns and button presses that will enable me to do this myself instead of taking it to the dealership. Has anyone done this and can point me in the right direction? Tha...

2001 C70 Whistling - Fixing Passenger Window Seal?
Hello all. I have a 2001 C70 which experiences whistling at speeds around 60mph (or during high wind) on the passenger side front window. I've narrowed it down to the window seal - it whistles when the window is up and not when the window is down. Is there anyway to refurbish the window seal, or is ...

Removing clip - 2001 C70
Does anyone know how to remove this clip? There are two of them holding on the top panel, which needs to be removed in order to replace the rear view mirror. Thanks!

Re: 2001 C70 rear mirror replacement
Thanks for the in depth reply. I keep getting held up by the lights themselves. Should the lights pop out of the panel itself, or should they unclip from the attachment points with the car? I've attached a picture.

2001 C70 rear mirror replacement
Hello all, has anyone done a rear mirror replace on a 2001 C70? I've unscrewed the 4 overhead panel hex screws, but it is still clipped in, by wires and the lights which are attached to the entire panel. Are these lights able to be popped out? Does anyone have advice for the best method to remove th...

2001 C70 battery issue? Computer/radio keeps resetting
(2001 c70 convertible) I have been having an issue where my radio repeatedly requires the code to be input, I believe this is related to a battery issue because the computer constantly resets, causing me to have to reset the clock. Also on 2 occasions the car did not respond upon turning the key in ...
