can you calibrate or check the accuracy of the instr panel readout for approx miles left before gas tank empty? mine seems to not be accurate anymore. thanks

just redid crankcase vent pipes. in the process you have to remove the fuel injectors, intake manifold, throttle housing with associated vacuum hoses and a few other small items. while there i went ahead and cleaned a really dirty throttle plate and replaced the corroded distr cap and rotor button. ...

this may be redundant with an earlier post i sent but it's getting weirder and more frustrating as i go. i set out to only replace the crankcase vent pipes because they may be stopped up. but while in there doing that i found a very corroded rotor button and distr cap, extremely dirty throttle plate...

got some info on cleaning the throttle plate when i check the crankcase ventilation system. instructions are a bit sketchy. exactly where is the thr plate location? how much stuff do you have to pull off?

transmission pan gasket replacement
after 3 tries it still leaks. tried with sealant, without sealant, cork and rubber. tight bolts and looser bolts. never experienced anything so simple yet so difficult. i cannot find torque specs anywhere for these 14 small ten mm bolts. anybody know the torque or have an technical suggestions? thanks

antenna not moving properly '94 850
did a search and found a guy with a similar problem. he replaced the mast. but somewhere i read that when an antenna won't telescope properly it's just a small wheel inside the unit. anybody ever heard of that and what is the wheel called? thanks

had a bad trans pan leak. did a meticulous job of inst another gasket. still have a very slight leak. can there be another spot on the trans body where it could still leak? like around linkage or another gasket. also does anyone know of a better hi temp sealant than rtv. it seems to take a set too q...
