If you’ve read this far, you can probably put 2 and 2 together and guess that no they didn’t in fact have any. Not only didn’t they not have any, they haven’t gotten even one delivered. I was premature in my last EX30 post about the ship with 631 onboard, and their delivery dates. I didn’t realize Denver has no port to offload them until somebody whispered it to me in an act of kindness and awkward embarrassment.
- a salesman said he only knows one person at the dealer who has driven an EX30
- no ETA for arrival at the dealer
- all McDonald Volvo’s EX30 stock, when they get it, will be $47,895 Ultra trim
- I’m still 97% sure I’m not going to buy one, though I still haven’t asked for my $500 deposit back yet
- same with EX90… none around
