MVS Volvo Tool Share™ Program Update

I’ve got the Delta link tool currently. So far the demand is about 50%, meaning it sits at my house 1 of every 2 weeks. Not enough demand to get a chain of users who send it to each other, one after another. If we can get to that point, it will save every user $15 (typical shipping one-way), because it cuts out the trip back to me.
